Staten Island native Jessica Rose credits her faith other rise in country music and won't give up on hitting it big. She gravitated towards country music after identifying with the themes of love and loss. In 2018, Rose beat out hundreds in the 2018 NASH NEXT Country Challenge Showcase, and is now a finalist. She tells Pat on Mornings 1, she hopes to win which will secure a recording contract on Taylor Swift's label.
